The Players Lounge is a newly opened pub on Fairview Strand - just across from Fairview Church.
The Players Lounge is a sports-themed pub with over 40 state-of-the-art TV screens … and we cover all major sports events (soccer, GAA, rugby, racing etc.). Don’t worry about different events on at the same time, we have enough screens to cover all eventualities.
But don’t let the sports put you off - it has a lot of other activities as well and has a great atmosphere. The pub is very popular with its local regulars as well as the younger crowd it attracts with its music nights. Recently taken over by new management who aim to uphold its current traditions as well as offering excellent quality service.
The Players Lounge boasts a friendly staff
The Lounge has a full drink & wine menu …but let’s not forget that the pub is great value as well: only €4 a pint in the bar and €4.20 in the lounge.
The Players Lounge also has some great tasting & great value food.
